Q: What is Octop?
A: Octop is a small artist publisher and production co-operative.
Q: What product do you have?
A: Currently we carry t-shirts, but we're always working on new types of apparel and accessories and collectibles.
Q: What material are your shirts made of?
A: Our shirts are made of 100% cotton and thanks to stone wash they are given softness and a unique look per shirt!
Q: What is Stone Wash and what does it do?
A: Stone wash is process where large stones are placed into industrial washers and as the wash begins the fabric is pounded and beaten as the tumbling stones ride up the paddles inside the drum and fall back onto the fabric.
Stone Washing increases flexibility and increases softness of the fabric, so forget the first time wearing feeling , you will slip into your shirt as if it's been your long-time favorite. Your first time will already be like wearing your pajamas - of course only when it comes to comfort :-)
Q: What technique do you use for the shirt prints?
A: Each shirt is different. We often employ screen printing as it makes for the brightest and longest-wearing premium prints that usually outlast the shirt itself.
Q: Will the shirts shrink?
A: All cotton shirts will eventually shrink, but it depends on how you wash them. Avoid washing on hot and drying it on hot as well - that will shrink any cotton shirt.
We recommend washing on gentle cycle, cold wash or hand wash to prevent shrinking, For drying if your dryer has a shrink guard it will probably be ok, but nothing like an old fashioned hang-dry.
Also turning the shirts inside out isn't a bad idea, it will help protect the print!
Q: What Sizes you have?
A: We have Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large for now. If your size isn't listed, contact us!
Q: Can I choose a different color for my shirt?
A: Each design was meticulously put together, shirt color and embellishments. We believe the force was with us while choosing, you should too.
Q:Where are your shirts made?
A:Our shirts are made in and shipped to us here in USA.
Q: Why should I buy a shirt from Octop?
A: Because we care! We put enormous amounts of time into every single design before we bring it to perfection, no details are left out and we want to share our passion with you, because we love what we do and we want you to love it with us.
Q: How often do you have new designs?
A: It depends on many things, we are trying to do it as fast as we can but like we said above all, we are perfectionists and work hard so you'd want to proudly wear our product. Sign up for our mailing list to be notified about our new and upcoming products and promotions. No spamming -EVER. We promise!
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (USA)
Q:What is your shipping time ?
To truly make limited-edition shirts work, the shirts are mostly preorders so that 500 people can get whatever they want and there is no waste. Shipping date is approximated on each shirt's product page. Once the shirt arrives at our warehouse, please allow us up to 7 business days to prepare your order and ship it to you.
Once your order is shipped it takes usually 1 week before you receive your package. We ship via USPS. Please keep in mind delivery time depends on your location, and if you are not part of the the 48 contiguous states it adds 2-3 days of additional days to shipping. In peak times (holidays, sales etc.) your order might take longer to arrive (the longest possible time around 3 weeks).
We do our best to get your shirts to you as soon as possible, because we don't want you to wait too long!
Q: Can I track my package?
If enter an active email address while placing your order, you'll receive a tracking number by email when your package is shipped.

The shipping time might vary country to country, for most order allow about 2-3 weeks to receive your package after it has shipped out.
Q: Can I track my package?
To save on shipping costs, we do not have online real-time tracking available for international orders once they leave the US. We hope to offer this option in the near future, and we apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.
Q:My package is shipped but I still have no tracking!
A: Not really a question, but- Please allow 24 hours for tracking link information to be updated after your package ships.
Q: Help! I accidentally submitted an incorrect order!

Q: Waah! The shirt I wanted is out of stock, what should I do?
A: Tough break! Don't worry though - sign up for our newsletter and you'll be the first to know when your favorite design or your size is back in stock!
Q: I need a big shipment...what should I do?
A: Big shipment is considered above 15 shirts in which case please contact us directly so we can make your experience with us as pleasant as possible.

Q: Help! I have ordered the wrong size/ design or had it accidentally sent to the wrong address. What should I do?
A: Please contact us immediately through firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make sure your order is corrected. We can NOT guarantee we will be able to correct it before it ships, but even then we get right on it and do our best to get your order to you exactly as requested!
